Procurement Specialist
Procurement Specialist for a Prolog Central Asia LLP project in Eastern Kazakhstan for purchasing and logistics duties; purchasing experience essential; engineering qualification preferred; mining experience an advantage. Preference will be given to English-speaking candidates.
Contracts Specialist
Very experienced in developing and managing Kazakhstan Contracts, A very good understanding of Kazakh Contractual Law, Tendering, SMETA and approvals processes. Kazakhstan National. Able to take a Technical Specification and develop a concise, transparent, legal contract. Able to work with a team of expat and National engineers and procurement personnel. Be available for commencement in the very near future. Bilingual would be looked upon favourably. Location: initially Almaty, may be re-located to Karaganda.
Purchasing Specialist
Very experienced in developing and managing Kazakhstan EOI's, RFQ's and Tenders. Kazakhstan National. A very good understanding of Kazakh Tendering, SMETA and approvals processes and a reasonable understanding of Contractual Law. Be able to develop a tender list on logical reasoning and, with a Tender Committee, award a successful tenderer. Able to take a Technical Specification and develop a concise, transparent, legal tender. Able to work with a team of expat and National engineers and expat procurement specialists and contracts personnel. Be available for commencement in the very near future. Bilingual would be looked upon favourably. Location: initially Almaty, may be re-located to Karaganda.
